New Account Setup

Note that onboarding is only available and required for the first-time user.

Once your Account SignUp is complete, you need to sign in to KloudShip and do the New Account Setup also known as Account Onboarding. This guide outlines the necessary steps to complete the same. We have broken down the process into three main areas, each of which will be detailed in separate steps.

1. Click on Start Setup to start setting up your new account.
2. Once you click on "Start Setup" you will navigate to the first step where you'll verify the email and mobile number.
3. Each of these steps will be covered in detail in the subsequent help articles.

1. Verify Email and Mobile Number: You will be able to do OTP verification in this step.
2. Add Pickup Address: You will be able to add a shipment origin address in this step.
3. Upload KYC Documents: You will be able to upload the PAN Card / GST Certificate / Bank Account details in this step.
