Add money to your account

This guide outlines the necessary steps for adding money to your account. 

There are two Indian payment gateways, using which you can add balance.

1. AXIS Bank Payment Gateway: Select AXIS Bank for UPI Transactions with a 0% processing fee. Your UPI account can be with any partner app or bank authorized to do transactions in INR. The balance will be updated in 6 to 48 hours.
2. Razorpay Payment Gateway: Select RazorPay for a wide variety of payment methods like UPI, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards, and the payment will be updated immediately. there will be an additional processing fee of 1.8%.

Below are the detailed steps for the same

1. Locate and click on the wallet icon displayed on the top right corner of all screens.
2. This will show the Recharge popup, where you can Add the amount you wish to add to your wallet
3. Select the desired payment gateway as per the advantages of each provider mentioned at the top of this article.
4. Click Continue to payment and finish the payments as per further instructions from the selected payment gateway.
5. On successful completion of the transaction, the balance should be updated with the requested amount.
6. To verify the status of any financial transaction, open the left navigation toolbar, and click on the Billing icon.
7. Identify the row for the transaction that you are trying to validate and check the Payment Status
8. We would like to repeat that if you have used the AXIS bank payment gateway which provides a 0% processing fee on UPI transactions, your transaction will be in a pending state for 6 to 48 hours.
