How to Use the EFile Analyzer

This guide will help you understand how to use the EFile Analyzer tool effectively.

Accessing the EFile Analyzer

1. Login to the Platform: Open your web browser and log in to your account on the KloudShip Tools platform hosting the EFile Analyzer.
2. Navigate to the EFile Analyzer: From the main dashboard, locate and select the EFile Analyzer tool.
   

Selecting Carrier Type

1. Choose Carrier Type: In the EFile Analyzer interface, select the Carrier Type from the dropdown menu. For example, in this case, "USPS" is selected.
   

Selecting File Type

1. Choose File Type: Next, select the File Type from the dropdown menu. For example, "SSF" is selected.
   

Adding EFile Content

1. Browse or Paste File Content: 
   1. You have the option to either browse and upload a file or paste the file content directly into the EFile Content text area.
   2. To browse and upload a file, click the Browse button.
      

Analyzing the File

1. Analyze the File:
   1. After adding the file content, click the Analyze File button to start the analysis.
   2. The tool will process the file and provide the necessary analysis based on the selected carrier type and file type.

Resetting the Form

1. Reset the Form: If you need to clear the form and start over, click the Reset button to reset all fields to their default state.
