How to Use the RealSize Viewer

This guide will help you understand how to use the RealSize Viewer tool to visualize the size of an object in comparison to a reference image.


Accessing the RealSize Viewer

  1. Login to the Platform: Open your web browser and log in to your account on the KloudShip Tools platform hosting the RealSize Viewer.
  2. Navigate to the RealSize Viewer: From the main dashboard, locate and select the RealSize Viewer tool.


Selecting Unit of Measurement

  1. Choose Unit: On the right sidebar, use the dropdown menu to select the Unit of measurement for the dimensions (e.g., feet, inches, meters).


Configuring Object Image

  1. Select Object Shape: In the Object Image section, select the Shape of the object you want to visualize from the dropdown menu (e.g., box, custom).
  2. Upload the Object Image: If you choose the shape of the object as custom then you're required to upload the object image. 
  3. Enter Dimensions: Enter the dimensions of the object. For example, input the height, width, and length for a box shape.


Choosing a Reference Image

  1. Select Reference Image: In the Reference Image section, select a reference image from the dropdown menu. The default reference image is a person with a height of 5' 9".
  2. Enter the Custom Reference Image Details: Upon choose Reference Image Type as Custom from the dropdown menu. You're required to Upload the image, choose the Height and Width, respectively.


Generating the Image

  1. Generate the Image: After configuring the object and selecting the reference image, click the Generate Image button to visualize the object.


Viewing and Interpreting the Result

  1. View the Visualization: The generated image will display on the left side of the screen. The object will be shown next to the reference image for scale comparison.
  2. Interpreting the Result: Use the visualization to understand the real-world size of the object in relation to the reference image.
