User Password Recovery

If you don't remember your password, then you can reset your password by following these steps:

1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen
2. Once you navigate to the Forgot Password page, you can enter your login email and click on the Send Email button
3. Go you your mailbox, open the email from support@kloudship.com
4. Click on the Reset Password link in the email, and you will be taken to the reset password screen of KloudShip ECS Lite
5. On this screen, you need to specify a new password and click on the Reset Password button.

Note: You may not be able to recover your password if your account admin has revoked your access from the KloudShip ECS application or your Kloudship ECS account is closed or disabled.
