SOP - Delivery Estimates (TAT)

To ensure "Same-Day Pickup" and meet customer delivery estimates, shipments must be created in the system before the specific carrier cut-off times listed below

  1. Xpressbees: Before 11 AM 
  2. Ekart: Before 10.30 AM 
  3. Delhivery & other couriers: Before 12 Noon


TAT FOR FORWARD, RTO, POD & DISPUTES:

ZONE WISE TATs:  

  • Within city: 1 – 2 days 
  • Within state: 3 – 4 days
  • Metro to metro: 3 – 5 days 
  • ROI (rest of India): 6 – 8 days 
  • Northeast (NE): 8 – 10 days 
  • Special destinations: 10 – 21 days

Note: Pickup Day will not be count in TAT
