To ensure "Same-Day Pickup" and meet customer delivery estimates, shipments must be created in the system before the specific carrier cut-off times listed below
- Xpressbees: Before 11 AM
- Ekart: Before 10.30 AM
- Delhivery & other couriers: Before 12 Noon
TAT FOR FORWARD, RTO, POD & DISPUTES:

- Within city: 1 – 2 days
- Within state: 3 – 4 days
- Metro to metro: 3 – 5 days
- ROI (rest of India): 6 – 8 days
- Northeast (NE): 8 – 10 days
- Special destinations: 10 – 21 days
Note: Pickup Day will not be count in TAT
