What is the maximum declared value for parcels shipped with Delhivery?

You can ship parcels up to Rs 3000 at no additional fee. If you need Insurance on parcels above Rs 3000, then you may have to purchase additional Insurance. Additional insurance costs range from 0.25% to 0.6% of the declared value, depending on the item category. Max insurance can be purchased up to Rs 30,000. If you ship any item with insurance where the actual product value exceeds Rs 30,000, your declared value will be considered at Rs 30,000 only.

Does Delhivery support Cash on Delivery (CoD)?

Yes, there is an additional 1.5% fee to use the CoD feature.

Multi-Package Support 

Kloudship allows the creation of multi-package orders with Delhivery. This is useful when shipping multiple boxes for a single order or splitting items across packages all packages are collectively linked to the parent package in Kloudship.

Packaging Requirements 

Delhivery requires all parcels to be securely packaged. For successful pickup and delivery:

• Use tamper-proof or sealed packaging
• Affix shipping labels clearly on each package
• Include correct address, mobile number, and order ID

Failure to meet these requirements may result in shipment rejection at pickup.

Does Delhivery offer order courier tracking services?

Yes, you can track couriers on the Delhivery as well as the KloudShip platform.

Does Delhivery offer express delivery services?

Yes, apart from the express delivery service, Delhivery also offers truckload freight, cross-border shipping, and supply chain services.

How can I retrieve credentials from the Delhivery portal?

• Log in to the Delhivery portal
• Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > API Setup page.
• Now you can view and copy the existing API Token.
