Step 01: Enter Carrier Name

• Provide a friendly Carrier Name that will appear in the carrier list when creating a shipment or managing this carrier. 

Step 02: Enter Delhivery Token

You need certain information from your Delhivery account to proceed with this step.

• Enter your Delhivery Token as retrieved using the steps above.
• Click Save and Continue.

Step 03: Add Support Contact Details (Optional)

If you have a better support contact for your specific location, you can provide your pickup location also email and phone number of that person here, then click Save and Continue.

Step 04: Review and Confirm

• Review all configurations in the summary screen
• Click Finish to complete the integration
• Your Delhivery carrier is now successfully added and ready to use for shipping operations.

What's Next

• Manage Carriers in ECS:  You will be able to Add/Remove or Edit your carrier.
