At times it happens that you are not able to use the original shipping label due to possible issues
- The label got lost
- The label got stuck in the printer
These issues can easily be resolved using a second label for your shipment.
All you have to do is:
- First search for the shipment in the list of shipments in ECS.
- You can search for a shipment by the recipient's name, date shipped, carrier used, or shipment tracking number.
- As you open a particular shipment, you can see the Reprint Label as the primary action item on the shipment.
- Click this button and the label will open in the browser or be sent to the printer as per your printer configurations.
