Kloudship's shipment management interface is designed to streamline the process of tracking, managing, and dispatching shipments. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities available on the Shipments page.


Overview of the Shipments Page

When you first navigate to the Shipments page, you will see a list of all recent shipments. Here’s a breakdown of the key elements:


Shipments List Columns

The main section of the page displays a list of shipments with the following columns:


  1. Created DateThe date when the shipment label is created.
  2. Carrier: The carrier responsible for delivering the shipment.
  3. Tracking Number: The number used to track the shipment on carrier website.
  4. Shipment Fee: The total cost of the Label.
  5. Recipient: The name of the recipient.
  6. Status: The current status of the shipment. Possible statuses include:
    • Delivered
    • In-transit
    • Voided
    • Fulfilled
    • Error

Header and Navigation


  1. Search Bar: Located at the top of the page, the search bar allows you to quickly find specific shipments by entering keywords or shipment IDs.
  2. Menu Icons: On the left sidebar, you will find icons for navigating to different sections of the Kloudship platform such as home, orders, products, contacts, and settings.

Filters and Sorting


  1. Filter: Use the filter box to refine the list of shipments based on specific criteria.
  2. Status Dropdown: Filter shipments by their status.
  3. Carrier Dropdown: Filter shipments based on the carrier.
  4. Date Filter: Filter shipments within a specific date range.
  5. Sort Options: Sort shipments by date, value, or other criteria in ascending or descending order.


Pagination


At the bottom of the page, you can navigate through the shipment list using the pagination controls. You can choose to display 10, 20, or more items per page.
