Track a shipment

Once you have created a shipment, the tracking details are auto-updated in the ECS application.

To view these you need to 

  1. First search for the shipment in the list of shipments in ECS. 
    • You can search for a shipment by the recipient's name, date shipped, carrier used, or shipment tracking number.
  2. As you open a particular shipment, you can see detailed tracking events in the rightmost section of the Shipment Details screen.
  3. In case you want to refresh the tracking data, you can click the refresh button on the top right corner of the tracking section.


What's Next

  • Cancel Shipment: You can cancel a shipment if you do not want to ship this package
  • Clone Shipment: You can clone a shipment if you want to ship another package to the same address.
