Once you have created a shipment, the tracking details are auto-updated in the ECS application.
To view these you need to
- First search for the shipment in the list of shipments in ECS.
- You can search for a shipment by the recipient's name, date shipped, carrier used, or shipment tracking number.
- As you open a particular shipment, you can see detailed tracking events in the rightmost section of the Shipment Details screen.
- In case you want to refresh the tracking data, you can click the refresh button on the top right corner of the tracking section.
What's Next
- Cancel Shipment: You can cancel a shipment if you do not want to ship this package
- Clone Shipment: You can clone a shipment if you want to ship another package to the same address.
